For everyone who prefer classic Windows theme, this is the closest to the original theme.

Just move it to C:\Windows\Resources\Ease of Access Themes folder and use it.

Of course, You can use this theme file on both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 8.
Applying the Classic theme will change the Start screen background and tile color to classic view as well.

Nice effort however it's nowhere as good as the stock classic theme in windows 7. is it possible to imitate that for windows 8?

hmm To do the whole custom Win95/1.0 thing I may have to almost clear the entire startmenu and start over xD and kind of think of how I want to do it.....maybe even create a concept of it first

hm bad part is decor8 doesnt seem to work with it. 0_0 It like disables Decor8. Which kind of ruins the whole thing in a way. Not to mention my custom images and custom TILEs I made with Oblytile now have an annoying empty name box on the each tile....and the custom images have the box showing up also
